So easy to make and SO delicious !
1/2 can black beans
1/2 cup cooked wild black rice
4-6 cloves of garlic
bunch of cilantro
1/2 an onion
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese or whatever type of cheese you prefer
2 tbsp sea salt
2 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp paprika
Finely chop all ingredients and mix in a bowl and stuff peppers!
Heat oven to 400 degrees F and bake for 20-30 minutes until peppers are tender.
